Welcome to Sageo, an educational assessment platform designed for institutions seeking to rigorously and comparatively measure real competencies in their students. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using the Sageo platform, you (the “User”) agree to these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using our services.

2. Description of Service

Sageo offers adaptive digital assessment services for educational institutions, teachers, and students. This includes:

  • Access to tests by levels and competency areas.
  • Automatic performance reports.
  • Comparison with international standards.
  • Technical and pedagogical support.

3. Platform Registration and Use

  • Only legally established educational institutions may contract Sageo’s services.
  • Access for students and teachers is granted through credentials provided by the contracting institution.
  • The User agrees to provide truthful information and to maintain the confidentiality of their access credentials.

4. User Obligations

The User agrees to:

  • Use the platform solely for authorized educational purposes.
  • Not copy, reproduce, or distribute the content without express authorization.
  • Not compromise system security or interfere with the use by other users.
  • Respect Sageo’s copyrights, trademarks, and intellectual property rights.

5. Intellectual Property

All content available on Sageo (texts, algorithms, graphics, databases, software) is the exclusive property of Sageo S.A. or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. No commercial use, reproduction, or modification is authorized without prior written permission.

6. Fees and Billing

  • Access to the platform is subject to the purchase of a plan based on the number of registered students.
  • Fees are detailed in the commercial proposal and/or the corresponding contract.
  • Payments must be made in accordance with the agreed terms. Non-compliance may result in service suspension.

7. Limitation of Liability

Sageo shall not be liable for:

  • Service interruptions due to force majeure or beyond its control.
  • Errors attributable to the configuration or misuse by the contracting institution.
  • Academic results derived from the use of the platform.
